Our Services

Flight Consulting

Our concierge-style service is designed to take the stress out of flight booking. Whether you’re heading to San Diego or Santiago, we’ll leverage our expertise to find the optimal flights for your trip and make the most of your money and miles.

How We Work

Step 1: Contact us — and tell us about your trip! Once we have a clear sense of your travel goals, we’ll do some preliminary flight research before getting back to you with a quote.

Step 2: From there, we’ll circle back with a detailed breakdown of flight options for your trip, analyzing every flight from every angle: seat comfort, aircraft type, lounge access, mileage/status earning potential, and more.

Step 3: We’ll talk through our flight findings with you until we’ve homed in on your optimal flights — and then we’ll guide you through the booking process until you’ve got your tickets in hand.

While we can’t promise we’ll find you a free first class award flight on your exact route and date, we can guarantee you the confidence of knowing you’ve booked the best possible flights for your trip.

Once you’re all booked, we’ll send you a Flight Summary with your flight details, lounge recommendations, and more, so you have all the information you need in one place.

Ready to fly? Get in touch with us via our contact form, or email us anytime at info@theflightguys.us.

How We Charge

For business and first class flights, our ballpark rates start at $400-600 per person for the full Flight Guys treatment. For economy class flight consults, we typically charge half that. But since no two trips are alike, we always determine our rates on a case-by-case basis to ensure we’re adding outsize value to every trip. Once we understand your travel goals and trip parameters, we’ll get back to you with an exact quote before diving in.

The Flight Guys Promise

We consider all inquiries and requests as we would for our own families and will not, under any circumstances, recommend any flights that we would not take ourselves.

While we’re happy to offer personal tips and tricks as you plan your trip (for instance, where to go on safari in which season, or how best to get to Machu Picchu from Lima), we are NOT travel agents! We cannot assist with changes to existing bookings, negotiating airline vouchers, or making on-the-ground arrangements for your trip (i.e., coordinating your flight arrival with a hotel).

We also don’t receive any commissions from airlines (or anywhere else within the travel industry), so we are able to provide experience-based advice tailored specially to your travel wishes.
